Overview

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a shift from looking at problems and deficiencies and instead focusing on strengths and successes. It is a tool for change and can be used to look at small scale team issues through to organisation-wide transformation.

During this practical workshop delegates will look at the theory and stages of an AI approach and apply these to real work situations to create a practical workshop that results in take away actions.
