Overview
Stress is now the most common form of work-related illness. Last year, 12.5 million working days were lost in the UK due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety, according to statistics published by the HSE last year.
The ability to overcome work-related stress (WRS) is becoming ever more critical, especially in the public sector, which is subject to intense scrutiny, funding cuts and stretched resources. Managers have a responsibility to identify “stressors” within their workplace and take appropriate action.
Attend this course, led by communications expert Jo Clift, to effectively minimise stress and develop personal resilience, for yourself, your team and your organisation. Leave the day equipped with the knowledge, confidence and practical techniques to effectively identify and combat stress.
