• Delegates will work in groups to look at ways to improve their relationship with industry
• Demonstrate the commercial viability of your research to an industry partner
• Enhance your project management skills to successfully collaborate with industry
• Utilise your relationship with your private sector partner
• Plan for the long term, make sure you have a successful strategy in place
• Create an action plan to take back to your university to utilise your partnerships with industry
