The public sector is changing, and professionals are working in increasingly agile ways. Whether reducing costs, making better use of office space, or encouraging a younger workforce, remote working has benefits for the individual and the organisation alike. Remote working is not just for periods of crisis isolation, but will be a feature of the workplace for years to come thanks to technology and employee preference.
This course has been broken down over three days, to help you manage your other work commitments and allows you to reflect on the learning for the next day.
Attend this virtual course Remote Team Leadership and Management, which has been split over three days to make best use of the online tools available, and to think carefully about the policy, process and behavioural issues that arise in remote work environments. Deploy emotional intelligence, empathy and coaching techniques to optimise performance when working remotely.
Through a range of workshops and public sector focused case studies, this course provides you with a suite of tools and long-term skills to manage people and relationships productively and effectively, irrespective of whether you share an office. Each session will conclude with a task to perform offline, before reconvening to review progress, to allow natural breaks throughout the three days of learning.
Please note we will use Zoom to virtually deliver this course.
