Overview

Reforms to secondary school accountability have radically changed the way pupil performance is measured. All schools will now face an automatic Ofsted inspection if they fall below the new Progress 8 floor standard.

Ofsted will now scrutinise all school leaders’ ability to implement a broad and balanced curricular, monitor and improve pupil progress and publish all performance data.

On this Adapting to the New Progress 8 Framework course, join our chair Suzanne O’ Farrell, ASCL, and gain the necessary tools to overcome the challenges of effectively implementing the Progress 8 framework.

Through a series of workshops and case studies, delegates will develop practical tools on how to implement the new grading framework, redesign a broad and balanced curriculum and adopt a holistic approach to school accountability.
