Overview

Public Sector professionals often spend significant time in meetings and workshops as either a facilitators or participants. These meetings are too often badly organised, time-consuming, and unproductive.

This three-day course covers the established certification by APMG. It has been created to give an extensive breakdown of the key principles of facilitation.

Using the Process Iceberg® Facilitation Methodology, this accredited course gives you the necessary knowledge to facilitate groups, meetings and events effectively – increasing productivity and helping these activities achieve the desired outcomes.

This course is aimed at professionals who want to learn how to better facilitate to achieve more effective group working to address specific tasks and enhance project management delivery.

Leave our three -day course fully qualified in Facilitation at the Foundation level and confident in your ability to apply facilitation skills to overcome unproductive meetings.
