Julian Bowrey has 30 years’ experience of policy making in central and local government, including Head of Policy and Review for a large County Council and as a Senior Civil Servant. His expertise is in integrating policy making with implementation, applying creative and strategic thinking to policy challenges, digital transformation and sub-regional governance.
