In this session, you will work in groups on a fictional current policy scenario to help you to prepare how you to interpret and implement policy.

Analyse a policy’s importance for your organisation, reading between the lines and assessing its impact
Develop a framework that can help you to anticipate political trends
Exchange ideas and techniques with your peers
Ascertain the best implementation strategy for your organisation
Develop an action plan that can help you to successfully manage directives to improve the way you work
