Overview

The public sector is a primary target for cybercriminals through phishing, malware, and ransomware. This explains why the common defences in place are firewalls, antivirus software, and malware protection. But effective cybersecurity is about more than technology tools.

As the largest employer in the UK, the public sector is more exposed to human security vulnerabilities. Security mistakes and inadequate training can lead to inadvertent security breaches. And as technology is evolving rapidly, it can sometimes be challenging to keep up with new threats, challenges, and solutions.

This Developing Cyber Resilience course provides you with the latest strategies and tools you need to protect and secure your organisation’s assets. Attend this course to identify the most significant security trends, define a secure IT environment, assess your current gaps, and determine an implementation framework.

Apply the knowledge you will gain into a winning strategy, stay a step ahead, and understand how it applies to your organisation. Leave the day with a clear action plan to improve your organisation framework. The emphasis throughout will be on an approach that is pragmatic and affordable.
