Overview

With many decisions, big and small, having to be made on a daily basis that may have long-term implications, it’s more important than ever to be able to make them quickly and concisely.

Quick thinking lets you offer ideas that can be built upon by other people in a collaborative environment. Whether you are faced with a challenging question, put on the spot, or asked to defend a difficult decision, succinctly articulating your decisions is also a vital skill to have.

This ‘Quick Responses to Complex Situations’ training course will be specifically designed to help you and your colleagues think on the spot and react confidently to tricky situations.

Host this course for your teams to gain tried and tested techniques to enable them to be more confident with quick responses to complex questions and situations: learn communication techniques to help deliver a more confident response; learn how to emanate confidence remotely; identify and overcome the barriers to quick thinking; structure their response in a more succinct way, and learn how to maximise the impact of their responses virtually.
