The menopause is something that many women experience during their career, but don’t always receive the necessary support in the workplace.

As every woman’s experience with the menopause is different, our Supporting Staff with the Menopause course is designed to help those in HR and management positions raise greater awareness and embed a culture of support to help staff feel more motivated and confident as they navigate through this time.

You don’t need to be experts on the menopause. However, it is essential to have a good understanding on how you can assist and create a safe space to talk. Learn how to develop support networks to make staff feel they are being helped and apply best practice from relevant public sector examples.
