It has been created to give an extensive breakdown of the principles of this modern project management approach. As well as highlight how it both differs and extends traditional methodologies, such as PRINCE2.

This course is aimed at groups of professionals at your organisation who are operating in an agile environment and need to be able to run projects in more complex and scalable situations.
Exams
Foundation exam at the end of day 2 and the practitioner exam at the end of day 4.
