Overview

A project is defined as “piece of planned work or an activity that is finished over a period of time and intended to achieve a particular purpose”.

Given this definition, many public sector professionals are project managers without it being in their job titles or job description.

This course is aimed to help more junior professionals or those new to project management, to use project management skills to improve the quality of their work, productivity, and efficiency.
