A crucial skill for all public sector professionals is the ability to deliver presentations with impact.

The success of any presentation is dependent on the speaker’s ability to deliver a clear message, captivate their audience and leave a lasting impact.

This intensive two-day training course focuses on enhancing your presentation skills – with a particular emphasis on structure, speech segmentation, and handling a remote or face-to-face audience.

On this public sector focused Presenting with Impact course, receive constant expert feedback and coaching throughout, in order to build upon your existing skills and become an influential presenter.

Come prepared with a 3 – 5-minute work related presentation and a dozen 4×6 ins index cards which will be used at times during the course. All times (other than start and finish times) are subject to change depending on the needs of the delegates on the day.

This course helps you develop and enhance your communication skills so that you are able to plan and deliver effective formal and informal pitches to internal and external groups, colleagues, customers and public audiences.

Her area of specialist expertise covers Presentation Skills, Interview Techniques, Handling People in Difficult Situations, Storytelling and Influential Communications.

Her clients include many ‘blue chip’ organisations including the BBC, BBC Worldwide, Bristol Water, Friends Provident, Financial Reporting Council, Unilever, Vocalink, Elavon Merchant Services etc. In the public sector clients include the NHS and many District, Borough and City Councils and Universities including working with Politicians and Academics and Civil Servants.
