Overview

With many decisions, big and small, having to be made on a daily basis that may have long-term implications, it’s more important than ever to be able to make them quickly and concisely.

Whether you’re faced with a challenging question, put on the spot or asked to defend a difficult decision, succinctly articulating your decisions is a vital skill to have.

This virtual Quick Responses to Complex Situations training course has been specifically designed to help you think on the spot and react confidently to tricky situations

Attend this virtual course to gain tried and tested techniques to enable you to be more confident with quick responses to complex questions and situations: learn communication techniques to help deliver a more confident response; learn how to emanate confidence remotely; identify and overcome the barriers to quick thinking; structure your response in a more succinct way, and learn how to maximise the impact of your responses virtually.

Through the use of virtual breakout rooms, delegates will work on exercises in smaller groups to perfect their responses to complex situations.
