This bespoke training course explains how applying CI’s tools and techniques can help to focus on remote activity, people and resources on serving customers, eradicating waste and improving organisational efficiencies.

10:30 - 11:15 Developing a Culture of Continuous Improvement 

  • Understand how continuous improvement can benefit your organisation  

  • Learn from case studies how to eliminate waste and reduce delays 

  • Get things right first time to enhance quality and lower costs  

  • Empower staff and motivate them to sustain results  

11:15 - 11:30 Morning Break

11:30 - 13:00 Theory: Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques

Through a series of trainer-led presentations and interactive exercises, this session will explore key areas of the theory of continuous improvement, focusing on the following learning areas:  

  • Kaizen 

  • Plan-Do-Check-Act 

  • Organisational culture 

  • The emotional cycle of change and managing resistance to change
