Overview

Brexit has had a significant impact on how the UK regulates subsidies (formerly referred to as State aid) to commercial organisations.  Gaining a firmer understanding of how subsidies will be administered and regulated will be essential for organisations which give or receive state funding.

Our Understanding Subsidy Control Law training course gives you the guidance and knowledge on the relevant regulation and legislation, such as the incoming Subsidy Control Bill (expected to be introduced to Parliament from September 2021).

Attend our course to gain an overview of how subsidy control works within the public sector, what has changed due to Brexit and develop a firmer understanding of subsidy procedures and relevant enforcement measures.
