Overview

Demonstrating the healthy confidence to stand up for your beliefs and ideas without coming across defensive is an invaluable tool in the workplace. However, it is a challenge for most professionals to be advocates for themselves.

When you are assertive, you are calm, confident, direct and honest. Assertiveness can help you make a positive impact at work, ensuring that you are perceived the way you intend to be and get the results you are looking for no matter the context.

Attend our Confident Communication and Assertiveness course led by Communications Coach, Anne Walsh, to enhance and practice best ways of assertiveness, helping you become a more decisive, influential person who can communicate effectively to yield results.

Through a series of role-play scenarios designed to develop your communication style, put your confidence and assertiveness to the test and receive individual, professional feedback to take back to your organisation.
