Sheida is an experienced economist in the UK Civil Service, a facilitator and trainer.

With a background in Political Science and Economics, Sheida has worked in the public sector on issues surrounding the global financial crisis, legal aid and issues surrounding domestic abuse and violence against women and girls.

Having lived and worked in several countries, she has benefited from working in diverse environments and appreciates the importance in fostering opportunities for people from all backgrounds.

Sheida is an experienced facilitator delivering career and personal development workshops with the career support organisation Thresholds. She has a dynamic and inclusive facilitation style and loves to work with people to help them achieve what they want in their careers and lives.
