Attend our expert-led Leadership Skills for Emerging Managers course to learn how to motivate your team, handle challenging conversations, give feedback and manage performance effectively.

Through interactive group workshops, individual questionnaires and reflective learning, you’ll learn about leadership styles, key elements of line management and define which type of leadership model works best for you and your team.

This is a course that allows managers the opportunity to explore and reflect on the skills required to become an effective team leader.
