Marie is a dedicated, passionate people development specialist. Marie feels passionate about people being the vital resource that can shape and grow a business to success. She believes that we are all wonderfully unique and it is about harnessing those strengths in us to achieve our goals and aims.
She partners with organisations to make a difference to individuals, and enables them to feel engaged with the organisations they work for, leading them to achieve their vision.
She has held her role of Director and People Development Consultant for over 10 years following her roles for companies such as Prudential, HBOS, and The Rugby Football Union.
Marie has been a qualified coach for over 15 years and works with organisations to develop their senior teams. Her leadership style is evident in her training, where she encourages reflection and self-awareness to help delegates change their habits to fully embrace new skills and knowledge.
