Mez Fokeer is an experienced and dynamic strategic leader with a wealth of experience in consulting, diagnosing, developing and delivering Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and culture change interventions for national organisations.

Mez has over 15 years’ experience as a Learning and Development Consultant who has designed and delivered a range of generic and bespoke blended learning interventions to raise capability, facilitated numerous leadership programmes and specialises in presentation skills, how adults learn as well as engagement interventions. Mez is qualified as an Organisational Design and Development Practitioner, NVQ Level 4 in Training Practice qualification, Myers Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner and a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner.
