Overview

The public sector is rich with diversity and it is essential that managers have a deeper understanding of the key aspects of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). This includes having a comprehensive understanding of important legislation, such as the Equality Act 2010 and the Draft Equality (Race and Disability) Bill, and knowing what steps to take to promote a more inclusive and diverse workplace environment.

Our highly practical half-day Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Training course equips you with the skills and knowledge to help you better understand EDI and confidently resolve issues that might arise; from ethnicity to sexual orientation.

Join our expert EDI trainer, David Pearson, to work through practical scenarios that will help you as manager, be better at EDI.

Leave this half-day course with a toolkit to help you better manage and resolve EDI challenges.
