Our Developing a Positive Team Culture course will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to create and maintain a positive team culture through improved communication.

Led by Communications Expert, Anne Walsh, gain knowledge and techniques on how to use assertiveness, effective feedback approaches, and coaching and mentoring to enhance your team’s performance.

Whether you’re leading a small team or a large organisation, this course will help you become a persuasive manager who can build and sustain a team that is motivated, engaged, and thriving.
