Our Leadership skills for Emerging Managers course is specifically designed to give those who are new to managing people the confidence and core skills needed to effectively motivate and lead their teams to success.

Through practical group workshops, individual questionnaires and reflective learning, understand key elements of line management and which leadership style works best for you and your team.

Leave the day with the skills to deal with some of the more difficult aspects of people management, including handling challenging conversations, giving negative feedback and managing poor performance.
