Overview
Adopting Agile methods for project management is rising in the public sector. If you want to help your team communicate better, manage risks and deliver high quality services in a faster manner, you need a clear strategy to implement more effective methodologies.
Our four-day virtual course covers the established certification by APMG. It gives an extensive breakdown of the principles of this modern project management approach and highlights how it differs and extends traditional methodologies, such as PRINCE2.
Leave the course fully qualified in AgilePM Practitioner Level and confident in your ability to apply agile in your organisation to transform and improve project management.
This course is aimed at professionals who are operating in an agile environment and need to be able to run projects in more complex and scalable situations.
Exams
Foundation exam at the end of day 2 and practitioner exam at the end of day 4.
Please note this course requires doing homework during the evenings.
