Overview

This four-day Agile Project Management® Foundation Level with Practitioner (AgilePM) course covers the established certification by APMG. It has been created to give an extensive breakdown of the principles of this modern project management approach. As well as highlight how it both differs and extends traditional methodologies, such as PRINCE2.

Run this four-day course fully qualified in AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner Level at your organisation and be confident in your ability to apply agile techniques to transform and improve project management.

This course is aimed at groups of professionals at your organisation who are operating in an agile environment and need to be able to run projects in more complex and scalable situations.
