There is a big difference between a well planned change business case and the successful implementation of change in a complex organisation. In this final session of the workshop important aspects of successful change will be explored through practical exercises and discussion to equip delegates to lead successful change implementation. These aspects include: alignment, attunement, critical mass, building organisational capability and encouraging individual learning.
