Jenny Baynes is a smart working consultant, she led the development and delivery of the award winning modern council programme for North Yorkshire County Council.

Jenny has worked with a variety of organisations to drive change initiatives and develop smart working practices. She has collaborated with industry leaders and developed networks to share those practices to support organisations working toward becoming happy, healthy and productive workplaces

Jenny is an experienced key note speaker and facilitator with a background in organisational development, training and leadership development.

Jenny is also a qualified coach and when not busy delivering change enjoys travel, volunteering and enjoying time with friends and family.
