Overview
With the digital world rapidly changing, new developments such as the use of big data analytics and AI tools like ChatGPT look set to transform the workplace as we know it.
It is vital that public sector organisations keep up with these changes to provide better services and work more effectively. For leaders, this means staying ahead so they can leverage these changes and lead their team through successful digital transformation.
Our Digital Culture and Transformation Masterclass has been designed to help you understand what it means to be a leader of digital change and build a culture of digital collaboration and transformation. Understand the strategies you need to ensure your team is ready to integrate the latest in technological advancement.
By the end of this half-day session, you will have a deeper understanding of digital culture, collaboration, and transformation strategies, as well as an appreciation for the potential impact of emerging technologies on the public sector.
Leave the day ready to develop a winning roadmap for digital transformation.
