Our two and a half-day course covers the innovative APMG certification and is based on the ‘Five Case Model’ – the UK’ government’s best practice approach to developing spending proposals and enabling effective business decisions.
With a step-by-step guide to developing a business case through a systematic and objective approach, leave the day fully qualified at Better Business Cases™ Foundation Level and confident in your ability to plan, manage and deliver better business cases.
This course is aimed at professionals with responsibility for the successful delivery of programmes and projects or tasked with developing a business case for investment.

Steve started as a computer programmer, working for a subsidiary of Nat West bank, before taking on a role in pre-sales consultancy and client training both in the UK and internationally.
He became involved in Project Management in the 1980’s while working for a services company. Two spells as a company director saw Steve develop a strong interest in formal methods. A return to full time project management included a series of increasingly complex projects and led to programme and portfolio management roles.
