Rachel’s internal audit experience spans the public, private and charitable sectors over a 20 year period. Her aim is to help internal auditors add value to their organisations, and to be efficient and effective.

Rachel works with auditors, audit committees and boards to help them get the most from their assurance arrangements and to help them understand risk and opportunities to make informed decisions.

Rachel sat on the Internal Audit Standards Advisory Board from 2012 to 2016, advising on the development and implementation of the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards.

Rachel provides training to teams and individuals, and helps internal audit teams review and refresh their approach.

As a board member and audit committee chair, Rachel brings the perspective of internal audit’s stakeholders.
